Preserving Your Family Memories

Preserve Your Family’s Story: 20% Off Digitizing and Restoration This October
There’s something irreplaceable about holding a photograph that has been passed down through generations. The soft creases, the faded tones, even the worn edges all carry a story. But time takes its toll, and without care, those stories can slowly disappear.
At Larmon Photo and Foto Forum, we believe your family’s history deserves to be preserved, protected, and shared for generations to come. This October, in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we’re making that easier with 20% off our digitizing and restoration services, online or in store, with promo code PINK20.
Restoring What Time Has Touched
Old photographs are fragile. They fade, tear, stain, and sometimes suffer damage that feels beyond repair. But what looks lost is often recoverable with the right expertise.
Our in-house restoration specialists carefully bring damaged photos back to life. Every crack, missing detail, and discoloration is thoughtfully addressed using advanced digital techniques, while still honoring the original image. The goal isn’t to erase history but to preserve it in its truest form.
Whether it’s a cherished portrait of a grandparent or a once-vibrant wedding photo, restoration lets those moments be seen again as they were meant to be remembered.
Preserving Your Story, One Image at a Time
Many families have boxes, sometimes dozens of them, filled with photographs documenting decades of memories: birthdays, holidays, and quiet everyday moments. These images often sit tucked away, vulnerable to damage and difficult to share.
That’s where digitization comes in. Our Shoebox Archive Scanning service transforms your physical photo collection into high-quality digital files. Each image is handled with care and scanned in-house at Larmon Photo and Foto Forum, so your memories never leave the hands of our trusted team.
Once digitized, your photos become easy to organize, preserve, and share with family near and far. What was once hidden in a box becomes a living, accessible archive of your family’s history.
Bringing Home Movies and Videos Back to Life
Your family’s story isn’t only in photographs. Old film reels and video tapes hold first steps, family gatherings, and voices you may not have heard in years. These formats degrade over time, and the equipment to play them is harder to find every year.
We transfer film movies and video tapes to digital files you can watch, save, and share on today’s devices, so those moving memories don’t stay locked on a shelf.
Making Memories Last
Photographs and home movies connect us to our past, to each other, and to the generations that follow. Restoring and digitizing them ensures those connections aren’t lost over time.
If you have photos that need care, collections waiting to be preserved, or tapes and reels you haven’t watched in years, now is the perfect time to bring them in. We’re here to help you carry those memories forward.
A Tradition of Care Since 1939 and 1972
Larmon Photo opened its doors in 1939 in Abington, Pennsylvania. Foto Forum began serving the Phoenix, Arizona area in 1972. For decades, each store has helped families in its community preserve their most meaningful moments. Both started as neighborhood camera stores, and both have grown into trusted places where memories are not just printed but protected. Since joining together in 2013, the two stores have shared one commitment to personal, careful service.
Larmon Photo and Foto Forum each have their own in-house lab. Every restoration, scan, and transfer is completed by experienced professionals who understand the emotional value behind each image. We treat every photograph and every reel as if it were our own. To us, these aren’t just pictures. They’re pieces of your story.
